Upcoming Major Project: Help Save Lubuntu 32-bit.

Recently it's come to my attention that Lubuntu is considering keeping it's 32-bit version if there is enough testing done. Therefore I'm going to try to help keep 32-bit systems supported by Lubuntu a bit longer. I intend to raise awareness about testing on any old 'i386' systems that people have spare.

Hopefully Lubuntu 32-bit can be saved, at least until Lubuntu 18.10 or even better still until the next Lubuntu LTS has been released.
